Firm White Bread
This recipe is optimized for use with Black & Decker bread machine. The recipe makes 1.5 loaf size.
1 1/4 cups + 2 tbsp water
1 tbsp powdered milk
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter
3 1/4 cups white flour
3/4 tsp yeast
Add ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed. Select basic cycle (#1 on Black & Decker)
